This policy explains what data the Theia Yachting website collects, why, how long it is kept and how you can control it. It follows Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

1. Who processes your data

2. What data and why

Booking request: first and last name, email, phone, date, start time, number of guests, occasion, yacht and rate. Why: to contact you and confirm the booking and payment. Basis: your consent, the required tick box in the form.
Contact form: name, email, phone and your message. Why: to reply to you. Basis: your consent, the tick box in the form.
Newsletter: your email address. Why: to send Theia Yachting news and offers. Basis: your subscription.
Offers after a booking: only if you ticked the separate optional box in the booking form. Without it we contact you about your request only.
Technical data: IP address, browser, time and page address, in the server log. Why: to protect the site from hacking and spam.

The site does not collect health data, identity documents or bank cards: there is no online payment on the site.

3. Offers and newsletter

We send offers only with your separate consent. What: new yachts, programs and discounts of Theia Yachting. How: by email or SMS. How often: no more than twice a month. You can opt out at any time: write to info@theiayachting.com or reply "Unsubscribe" to any message, and we will stop.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser.

Essential cookies are needed for the site to work, so we set them without separate consent:

session keeps your booking request between steps and protects forms from forgery; deleted when you close the browser.
site_lang remembers the language you chose; 1 year.
cookie_consent remembers your choice in the cookie banner; 6 months.

Third-party services load only after you click "Allow all" or "Allow and show": the Google Maps map on yacht pages, the Trustindex reviews widget on the Reviews page and the FotoOwl gallery on the Gallery page. These services receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own rules; Google's rules are at policies.google.com/privacy.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts and some scripts from jsDelivr: these servers see your IP address, like any server your browser downloads a file from.

There are no analytics counters or advertising pixels on the site.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is seen by the Theia Yachting staff who handle requests and by the company whose server runs the site. We pass data to state authorities only when the law requires it. The third-party services in section 4 receive data only if you allowed them.

6. How long we keep data

Booking requests and messages: as long as we need them to serve you and for accounting, unless the law requires longer. Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe. After that the data is deleted.

7. Your rights

You may: know how your data is processed; give, refuse and withdraw consent; view and correct your data; get a copy of it; ask us to delete it or restrict processing; file a complaint and go to court. Write to info@theiayachting.com and we will answer and act within the time limits set by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before it.
